What is paracord?
Paracord, or parachute cord, is a multi-core cord originally commissioned by the US military to be used for parachutes. Its outer mantle is made from tightly woven nylon strands, making it an incredibly strong and versatile cord.
Historically, paracord has been used for aerospace activities and survival gear. Nowadays, it's also used to make accessories for both humans and pets. Its UV, rot, and mildew resistant qualities make it the ideal material for daily outdoor adventures.
All our paracord products are made with continuous Type III Paracord (550 lb), without any seams or joining points. This means they can withstand up to 550 lb (250 kg) of static weight and can keep any dog of any size secure (unless your dog is Clifford the Big Red Dog).
How do I measure my dog/cat's neck?
Measure the circumference of your pet's neck where the collar will sit. As paracord expands slightly with use, we recommend a snug measurement to provide a buffer.
Please do not use measurements of other collars as this may result in an inaccurate fit.
For martingale add ons, we will also require a measurement of the widest part of your dog's head.
What happens if the collar does not fit right?
To provide assurance, every collar ordered will be entitled to one complimentary refitting if required. Please contact us via our contact page within 7 days of receiving your collar to arrange for your complimentary refitting. Mailing or delivery of the collar for refitting will be at the expense of the customer.
How do I clean my collar/leash?
Paracord is resistant to rot and mildew, making it highly durable. In the event of stains, hand wash your collar or leash with soap and water and allow to fully air dry before use.

Do you ship worldwide?
At the moment, we offer shipping to the Asia-Pacific region. If you are from a region outside of Asia-Pacific and would like to buy our products, drop us an email via our contact page and we'll see what we can do!
Why do I only see a registered shipping option?
If you only see a registered shipping option at checkout, this means that given your shipping location and estimated parcel weight, the price of registered shipping is comparable to, or is even cheaper than, standard shipping. In these cases, we only offer registered shipping to simplify our processes.
How long will my order take to arrive?
For custom orders, please give us at least 2 weeks for processing and production (subject to number of orders in queue). Should we anticipate that the order will take longer than two weeks to be produced, we will reach out to you via email to inform you of the delay.
Estimated shipping times:
Domestic (Singapore): 3 - 4 days
International: 14 - 28 days
Please note that these are estimates. Actual shipping times may vary according to location and customs processing.
